Sales Account Manager

Job Role:

As an Account Manager, reporting to the Sales Team Manager, your objective is to achieve a combination of KPI’s and revenue-based targets through managing existing customer accounts. You will be expected to achieve on a consistent and ongoing basis. Your daily plan will include, managing a portfolio of existing clients, drive customer reviews through various platforms, identify cross selling opportunities, retaining existing customers and booking in appointments for our framework specialists Earn what you deserve!! With a £22,500 per annum basic, realistic OTE of £34,500+ and an outstanding UNCAPPED commission structure with regular incentives, you are in control of your own earnings.



Building rapport and using effective questioning to build relationships with existing customers

Work towards multiple KPI’s including revenue-based targets

Drive customer reviews through various platforms

Document all conversations and update relevant information through our CRM

Identify and document information relating to the customers business and products

Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manor and engage with various departments

Retain existing customers

Upsell new products and frameworks

Complete regular account reviews to understand the customers business and buying criteria

Set appointments for our Sales Closers with relevant businesses that have demonstrated a significant need for consultancy support in gaining public sector revenue growth.

Keep up to date with industry changes and internal processes


Essential Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 2 years outbound account management experience.

B2B selling experience.

Consultative sales approach.

Experience of working in a target-driven sales environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – Able to correctly profile a prospect through effective questioning.

Proven track record of exceeding sales KPI’s, cross selling and building customer relationships.

Work as part of a team.

Consistent high achiever.

Motivated, passionate individual with a desire to deliver an exceptional experience.

Be able to demonstrate resilience and tenacity

Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.

Good IT Skills.

Ability to adapt to change and a desire to learn new processes.

Have a keen eye for attention to detail.
