This Lot is for the provision of new build modular buildings to the UK Public Sector in all sectors except for healthcare and education which have separate dedicated lots.

This Lot is for the provision of modular buildings for hire or lease to the to the UK Public Sector in all sectors except for healthcare and education which have separate dedicated lots.
Healthcare Modular New Build
This Lot is for the provision of new build modular buildings for the healthcare sector.
Healthcare Modular Hire and Lease
This Lot is for the provision of modular buildings for hire or lease to the Healthcare Sector.
Education Modular New Build
This Lot is for the provision of new build modular buildings to the Education Sector.
Education Modular Hire and Lease
This Lot is for the provision of modular buildings for hire and lease to the Education Sector.
Blue Light Modular New Build
This Lot is for the provision of new build modular buildings to the police, fire, ambulance and search and rescue services.
Blue Light Modular Hire and Lease
This Lot is for the provision of modular buildings for hire and lease to the police, fire, ambulance and search and rescue services.
Residential Modular New Build
This Lot is for the provision of new build modular buildings to the residential sector.
Hybrid Construction Projects
This Lot is for the provision of construction works where the construction value is over £60m and where there will be a significant element of modular or MMC. Awarded contractors to this Lot may include consortiums or special purpose vehicles/joint ventures formed of a principal contractor and one or more MMC provider. Works included under this lot may be for the NHS or the wider UK Public Sector and can accommodate projects in any sector.
