About Security Services & CCTV Framework

PROCUREMENT BODY – NHS Shared Business Services

Framework Value: £125 million

Framework Duration: 4 years

What is Security Services & CCTV Framework?

Every NHS hospital has a physical security policy and thus needs advanced levels of physical security to be secured through frameworks like this, whether that need is manned guarding, a security assessment or CCTV systems. This is designed to ensure the NHS delivers high quality and safe working environments for staff, patients and visitors who access the facilities. Staff who feel more secure, thus feel more relaxed and thus perform better at their roles because they can concentrate solely on them. As each trust must have systems in place to ensure an appropriate response to incidents, it’s from private companies on public sector contracts like this one which needs to fulfil these appropriate responses. The installation of Security Surveillance Systems at sites identified as benefiting from the facility is for the primary purpose of deterring and detection of criminal activity against the organisation, its staff or visitors.
