Lots – Local Government Resourcing Partnership

Interim Recruitment

Providers will support in the search and selection of interim recruitment roles. This Lot covers all categories of job roles for interim recruitment, such as Chief Executives, Directors, and Assistant Directors.

It is expected in this Lot that the following areas can be considered:
• All basic candidate checks will be carried out by the provider
• The impact of IR35 will where possible be assessed by each organisation
• All interim roles are covered by this lot for all of the Public Sector

Permanent Recruitment

  • This Lot is for the search and selection for all permanent recruitment. It is expected that the providers will be able to offer a range of specialisms, which will include advice and specialist headhunting on roles that could be difficult to fill, such as education and social care and senior level appointments.

  • The providers must be able to cover all roles (there is no upper or lower fee for roles) in the Public Sector (local and central Government, emergency services, housing, healthcare, higher education, schools, MATs and charities), on a national basis in all regions across the UK (including Scotland and Wales), on every working day of the year, excluding Bank Holidays.

HR Consultancy

For the delivery of HR consultancy and professional service requirements. The providers will support a wide range of HR consultancy projects, by providing advice and support to all HR Public Sector requirements. The solution will be structured to support individual one-off consultancy requirements for each customer. Types of consultancy include organisational design and re-design, outplacement, workforce delivery models, and employee research.

Providers must be able to cover wide range of requirements in all of the Public Sector (local and central Government, emergency services, housing, healthcare, higher education, schools, MATs and charities), on a national basis in all regions across the UK (including Scotland and Wales), on every working day of the year, excluding Bank Holidays.

HR  Marketing and Advertising

For the provision of services for both campaigns and recruitment advertising, along with digital marketing, including public information notices. The successful providers will work with the customers to deliver these services. Due to the nature of the public sector this is likely to be an evolving variety of services over the lifetime of the Framework Agreement and the providers will need to adapt and change to deliver HR marketing solutions.
