The GovData team (AKA #TeamGD) were out in force on Saturday 6 April 2019 to raise much needed funds for two fantastic causes, namely the Neo Community and Stars of Remembrance.
James, Ben, Craig, Bev, Colette, Chelsea, Emily and Kelly all took part in the Gung Ho (seriously fun!) event in Heaton Park, Manchester. On a beautifully sunny day with thousands of people watching on, our dedicated team set about the 5-kilometre run that included a host of large inflatable obstacles scattered in front of them! It was wonderful to see the joy and relief on their faces as they completed the course.
A big shout out to all the supporting Govdata staff who came along to cheer on the team.
The fundraising target of £1000 was exceeded comfortably, as the total reached an amazing £1178.00. Thanks go out to all donators for their overwhelming support.
